一键闪测仪大视拼接野影像闪测
VE 系列闪测仪采用双远心光学系统，结合高精度图像拼接测量算法。能快速测量产品的平面尺寸和形位公差，测量效率是传统影像仪器的10-20倍。大视野影像闪测、高精度、全自动测量，录入测量程序后，只需把工件放置到有效测量区域，然后轻轻按一键测量，自动匹配测量。

四 报表统计
TSE软件提供实时数据报表和输出统计报表。测量结果自动记录查询测量结果及其主要的统计值信息（如平均值、样品标准值、样品上公差、样品下公差、CPK等）将自动记录存档。
实时数据报表提高测量效率
实时数据报表是为了让操作者更直观的看到同一时间下的样品测量数据，快速方便找出NG样品的缺陷与改进方式，提高使用效率。
06售后服务 Services
一 、安装调试和培训
① 交货与安装调试
1 、该仪器到达甲方仪器安装地点后，甲方应立即通知我公司。甲方需提供满足设备工作环境达标的场地，以确保设备精度。我方将在和甲方协商的日期内到达用户所在地进行安装，甲方仪器使用人员需提供必要的协助。若甲方迟延通知乙方安装时间的，质保期自仪器交付甲方之日起算
2 、调试工作一般也在一天内完成，包含校验精度等
3、为响应国家碳排放要求，特殊包装需回收再利用。
② 培训 Training
1、培训地点：在甲方指定所在地
2、培训人数：在仪器安装验收之后, 由乙方安装工程师对用户 1-2 人进行操作培训（受训人员应具有基本的测量常识和电脑知识）
3 、培训内容：包含机台操作使用培训和测量软件培训，直到操作者能掌握基本操作为止
